Parks, Parks, Parks!

In a city full of pollution and too many people, it's amazing how a day at the park can refresh your spirit...and your lungs.

Jing'An Park:

(Seriously, these are personal ads...people write a page about themselves and the kind of mate they're looking for in the hopes that a hopeless romantic park goer will read their posting and call them. Red ink is for females and black ink is for males. Brilliant.)

I'm not sure what's going on here...

Song Jiang - Shanghai's University Town

Last weekend I was lucky enough to go to Song Jiang, Shanghai's university town, home to seven specialized universities.

My two friends who I met at the FIC trade show are students at the East China University of Political Science & Law. I got to tour their campus. It was beautiful!

These are two of the sweetest, smartest girls I've ever met! I'm so happy to have made friends with them.

feeding the fishies :)

this place was so cute! you were given 3 rolls of dough (vanilla, chocolate & green tea) and you could make your own cookies! they provided tons of cookie cutters & cool tools. then they baked it for you!

Small kine ran out of dough before I could finish my name...haha.
